Den här lilla mappen gör allt du vill ha, kostar relativt lite och är väldigt rolig. Jag vet att jag har två för hustrun och mig ... den kan vikas ihop snyggt och får plats i min husbil. Jag har lagt till ett rack och fällbara pedaler och den är nästan perfekt.

Cykeln är bra, men det bakre stänkskyddet krossades under transporten och jag har inte kunnat få något svar från er kundtjänst. Vänligen skicka ett ersättningsskydd för det bakre stänkskyddet.

Fantastisk kundservice!

Jag köpte en vit Fiido ds4 från Futura. När jag köpte min beställning fick jag ett samtal från Futuras kundtjänst (från Kina) JA FRÅN KINA!
De informerade mig om att de för närvarande bara har min cykel i svart. Jag sa att jag verkligen ville ha den i vitt. De sa att de borde ha en vit ds4 i lager om cirka 3-4 veckor. Jag sa att jag skulle vänta. Jag fick min vita ds4 inom 6 dagar. Bra företag och bra kundservice.
