Please read below carefully before placing your order.
We offer free shipping for electric bikes & electric scooters(Excluding remote areas). They generally will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will be delivered with a time frame of 3-5 business days depending on where you live. Accessories & parts are not included.
After receiving your order, we will do our best to ship them within the stated time frame. However, some unforeseeable events such as severe weather, riots, and many others do occur. Therefore, we seek your kind understanding that FuturaRide can not be held liable for such shipping delays.
To ensure the security of purchases, FuturaRide may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to our warehouse and inventory availability.

CUSTOM DUTIES
As we want to be as transparent as possible, goods that are purchased from overseas are subjected to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice in some countries and they are collected by your local government customs authorities.

All of our products have stock in our EU warehouses. We prepay the customs duties for our Europe shipments so you do not need to pay an extra sum after placing an order with us.
PROCESSING TIME
We try to process all orders placed on our website within 2 to 3 business days. There are no orders being processed or shipped during weekends.
Update: Due to COVID 19, processing may take up to 5 business days.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Most electric scooter/ bike orders are shipped via the ground shipping method and average delivery times are 3-5 business days shipping from our warehouses. Estimated shipping time does not include any processing time or time required to clarify any further information required by the customer.

Important to note: We ship products from our US and EU facilities, and as our products are constantly out of stock in the warehouses, we oftentimes ship our products directly from our manufacturers in China to save our customers time.

The time stated is only an estimate and there might be unexpected delays caused by uncontrollable factors. Once the shipments leave our facility we will not be able to control the shipping speed of the delivery.

Therefore, we seek your kind understanding that we can not be held liable for shipping delays or any other forms of delays caused by the courier services.

All applicable and exact shipping fees (excluding any customs duties if it applies) will be shown upon checkout before payment.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification email/SMS once your order has shipped. The email/SMS will contain the tracking information.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note the refusal reason as “damaged”. If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if shipping damage is concealed, notify us and the courier company immediately.

Shipping-related damages must be reported to the courier company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Take pictures of the damage and ask the courier company for confirmation or claim number. Open a support ticket with FUTURARIDE describing the damage, including photos and confirmation number from the courier company. Do not throw away the original packaging.

DELIVERY TERMS

All orders over $200 and warranty replacements will be shipped with signature required unless requested otherwise by the customer or other special circumstances.

Most deliveries occur between 8 AM and 8 PM and must be signed for delivery. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be charged a $35 reshipping fee. Refused packages (except items damaged during transit) may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible and pay for all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to a corrected address. FUTURARIDE will not be responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
