Nice bike

I've only had the bike for two weeks and so far I'm happy with it. I had it together within an hour, it was very easy although the spanners supplied don't fit very well. The operating instructions are a little vague and I had to contact Engwe to get the information I needed. Why this is not included in the box is beyond me....
My bike arrived after 13 days, so quite a bit outside of the 3-5 days advertised, but this was mainly due to the courier company not having my delivery address!?
I was sent the wrong tracking information initially and it took awhile for futuraride to figure out what had happened, I then had to ask them for the correct tracking information, rather than them send it automatically.....not the best customer service.
I was a bit disappointed that the bike came with the older style display after seeing reviews online where the new style display is raved about. There was no information regarding this at point of order. It would be nice to know exactly what you're ordering, wouldn't it?
But like I said, I'm pleased overall, the bike is solid and has no rattles. Just check all of the nuts and bolts when assembling as the majority needed tightening

Me encanta la moto hasta ahora (2 semanas). Parece una gran relación calidad-precio y un montón de toques agradables. El manillar fue un poco difícil de montar, pero no soy el más práctico. Pero la moto está muy bien diseñada y construida y es genial para conducir. El trato con Futura ha sido fácil y la entrega ha sido rápida.
